Luke 4:18–19
Leader in Spanish: Jesus dijo: 18 “El Espíritu del Señor está sobre mí,
Por cuanto me ha ungido para dar buenas nuevas a los pobres.”
Leader: Jesus said: 18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor.”
ALL: We are eager to hear the Good News! Holy Spirit, feed us with the Word of God.
Leader in Spanish: Jesus dijo: “El Señor me envió a pregonar libertad a los cautivos,Y vista a los ciegos!”
Leader: Jesus said: “The Lord sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, and the blind will see!”
ALL: Free us from sin and open our eyes so we can see you, Jesus!
Leader in Spanish: Jesus dijo: “A poner en libertad a los oprimidos; 19 A predicar el año agradable del Señor.”
Leader: Jesus said: “the oppressed will be set free, 19 and the time of the Lord’s favor has come.”
ALL: Thank you Jesus for saving us from sin and giving us new life in you. We worship you today with free hearts, full of joy and thankfulness!
